1 Acceptance of Terms

If you are found to be under 18, your account will be closed immediately, any funds held will be returned after deducting any winnings generated while underage, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Bepex Login account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered by the same person under different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Bepex Login reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses and withhold any winnings generated across those accounts.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. This information must remain accurate throughout the life of your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Bepex Login will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify Bepex Login's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security. Following such notification, Bepex Login will take reasonable steps to secure your account.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person.
• You may not allow any third party to operate your account on your behalf.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits to Bepex Login accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and supported debit and credit cards. The specific methods available to your account may vary based on your account status and verification level.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — that is, deposits made from a payment account that belongs to another person — are not permitted under any circumstances. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned to the originating payment method and your account may be subject to review.

Bepex Login does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own fees or charges, which are outside Bepex Login's control. Deposit minimums and maximums apply and are displayed at the cashier. These limits may differ depending on the payment method selected.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Bepex Login account are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team. This requirement exists as a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all withdrawal requests.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This process typically involves submitting a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC or NICOP) and proof of your registered payment method. Verification is a one-time requirement for most accounts, though additional checks may be requested in specific circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing period. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed before the bonus-related portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
• Bepex Login reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending any ongoing account review or verification check.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bepex Login offers various bonuses and promotional offers to account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) that must be wagered before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary; slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the bonus terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on Bepex Login covers cricket — including Pakistan national team fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and major global tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports as available. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser.

Bets placed at the quoted odds at the time of placement are honoured subject to these rules. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed; the odds shown at confirmation are the ones that apply to your bet. In the case of obvious pricing errors, Bepex Login reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds and to refund the stake to your account.

• Pre-match bets are void if the event does not start within 24 hours of the scheduled kick-off or start time, unless otherwise stated.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and are subject to live odds that reflect the current state of the match.
• For cricket matches that are reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, settled markets will follow the official result declared by the match officials using the applicable method (e.g. DLS method for limited-overs matches).
• Abandoned matches or events where no official result is declared are typically voided and stakes refunded, unless a specific market rule states otherwise.
• Accumulators and combination bets are subject to the individual selection rules for each leg. A void selection in an accumulator reduces the number of selections; the bet is not automatically voided in full.

8 Casino & Games Rules

All casino games available on Bepex Login — including video slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real dealers in monitored studio environments. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and are final once confirmed by the server.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round — whether caused by your internet connection, your device or any other factor — the round will continue and be settled according to the server record. The result that the server records is the definitive outcome. Bepex Login's support team can retrieve server logs for any disputed round on request, but disconnection alone is not grounds for a refund of a stake or cancellation of a result.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bepex Login platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, claiming bonuses or monitoring odds.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.

• Placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of the outcome that is not available to the general public.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Bepex Login reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or if continued operation of the account presents a risk of fraud, money laundering or harm to the integrity of the platform.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, access to betting, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted while the review is ongoing. Bepex Login will endeavour to complete account reviews in a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the account holder where appropriate.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any PKR balance remaining after deducting voided bonuses and winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be withheld in full. If the account is closed for any other reason — for example, at your own request or due to responsible gaming self-exclusion — any valid remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

Bepex Login provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform operates without interruption, Bepex Login does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, network issues or other circumstances outside its control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bepex Login's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — regardless of the nature of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Bepex Login is not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Bepex Login is not liable for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to gaming winnings under the laws that apply to you.

14 Changes to These Terms

Bepex Login reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as an account holder — you will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes, such as clarifications or corrections, may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the Bepex Login platform after updated Terms and Conditions have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to any specific transaction or event is the version that was in effect at the time that transaction or event occurred.
